The focus of the publication, with an emphasis on drought and climate change, includes water and civil engineering trends (water resource management and drought, the effect of climate change on various issues, methods and technologies for reducing water consumption in agriculture and industry), geography (climate changes and the effects It focuses on different issues and presenting methods of adaptation), agriculture (effects of drought and salinity stress on plants), environment, pasture and watershed management (effects of drought and water deficit and climate change on natural ecosystems) and presenting new methods of adaptation to drought such as the use of factors political, economic, social, historical, food security and energy in the country's water industry.
