Article Submission Process
General Guidelines
- Articles submitted for publication in this journal must not have been previously published in another journal or submitted to other journals simultaneously.
- Authors must register on the jaaq.birjand.ac.ir system to submit their articles and to track the status of their articles.
- Received articles will be first reviewed by the editorial board and, if found to have initial qualifications, will be sent to three expert reviewers for evaluation. To maintain impartiality, the names of the author(s) are removed from the article.
- The journal's editorial board is free to reject or accept, as well as edit and revise articles.
- The authors of the article are responsible for the content of each article in all respects.
- Submitted articles must not have been published in another journal or collection of seminar and scientific meeting papers or submitted for publication elsewhere simultaneously.
- Authors are kindly requested to attach a commitment form, stating that they have not submitted their article for publication to another journal, when submitting their article.
- Dear authors and researchers, to receive a certificate of acceptance of the article, you must inform the journal office of your request one month in advance. It should be noted that the acceptance certificate is issued after the editing stage.
Additional Considerations for International Indexing
- To increase the visibility and impact of the journal, it is important to ensure that articles submitted for international indexing meet the highest standards of academic quality and rigor.
- Authors should carefully follow the journal's guidelines for manuscript preparation and formatting, ensuring that their articles are well-written, clear, concise, and free of grammatical and stylistic errors.
- Authors should also pay close attention to the journal's ethical guidelines, ensuring that their research is conducted and reported in an ethical and responsible manner.
- The journal encourages authors to submit their articles in English, the international language of science, to reach a wider audience and increase the likelihood of acceptance for international indexing.
- Authors should consider using plagiarism detection software to ensure the originality of their work before submitting it for review.
- Authors should be responsive to reviewer feedback and willing to make revisions to their articles as needed to improve their quality.
By following these guidelines and considerations, authors can help ensure that their articles are of the highest quality and meet the standards required for international indexing. This will help to increase the visibility and impact of the journal and promote the dissemination of high-quality research to a global audience.
