The journal of "Drought and climate change Research (JDCR)" invites all professors and specialists of technical and engineering, agriculture, geography and sciences fields related to the problem of drought and climate change, to submit scientific and research manuscripts. The main purpose of publishing this journal is to present the latest achievements and results of researchers and management solutions in the field of drought and climate change as one of the real challenges of the country in various industries.  Therefore, it will use Iranian and non-Iranian scientists and engineers and also national and international scientific and professional societies to promote the level of knowledge for the important issue of management and adaptation to drought and climate change in various fields. This journal tries to provide a useful collection to researchers, professors, students and professionals in the public and private sections. This magazine has a publication license from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance under registration number 92041.

The journal of "Drought and climate change Research (JDCR)" is published by the Drought and Climate Change Research Group of University of Birjand as a quarterly (4 issues per year) and electronically. Currently, the maximum time required to send a manuscript (that it conforms to the writing format of the manuscript) to review is one week, and the average time for reviewing manuscripts is one to two months.
