Abstract

Climate change and global warming are among the major and complex issues that have attracted global attention. This study examines two main perspectives on climate change presented by the IPCC and the NIPCC. The IPCC, as an international body supported by scientific and governmental organizations, considers climate change to be the result of human activities and emphasizes the necessity of reducing greenhouse gas emissions to prevent potential crises. It also highlights the role of environmental policies and modern technologies in mitigating the impacts of climate change. In contrast, the NIPCC, relying on independent scientific data and evidence, argues that climate change may be caused by natural factors and not solely by human activities. This group stresses the importance of independent research and long-term analyses for a better understanding of climate change. In this study, IPCC reports and the criticisms raised against them are reviewed, the differences in perspectives are analyzed, and a comprehensive picture is provided for policymakers and the global community.
