چکیده

هدف : این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل تأثیر مهاجرت‌های ناشی از تغییرات اقلیمی بر گسترش حاشیه‌نشینی در کلان‌شهر مشهد انجام شد.

روش: این مطالعه به روش ترکیبی و با جامعه آماری ۳۸۴ نفر از مهاجران ساکن در سکونتگاه‌های غیررسمی مشهد (انتخاب شده به روش خوشه‌ای) و ۲۰ مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با خبرگان انجام گرفت. داده‌ها با پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته و مصاحبه گردآوری و با استفاده از تحلیل مسیر، رگرسیون و تحلیل مضمون تحلیل شدند.

یافته‌ها: یافته‌های کمی نشان داد فشارهای اقلیمی (β=0.59) و نابرابری فضایی (β=0.44) تأثیر مستقیم و معناداری بر حاشیه‌نشینی دارند. همچنین، مهاجرت اقلیمی از طریق کاهش تاب‌آوری (β=-0.32) به‌طور غیرمستقیم بر این پدیده مؤثر بود.

نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مؤید آن است که مهاجرت اقلیمی در غیاب سیاست‌های حمایتی، نه تنها یک پاسخ اضطراری، بلکه عاملی برای بازتولید فقر و نابرابری فضایی است. مدیریت این پدیده نیازمند تدوین سیاست‌های فرابخشی، عدالت‌محور و برنامه‌ریزی برای افزایش تاب‌آوری در مبدأ و مقصد است.
